These terms apply to all services provided by ZEN Family, including private recruitment, Family Blueprint, and Family Concierge engagements. By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
ZEN Family acts as an introducer of carefully selected professionals and as a provider of family research and concierge services. We do not employ placed candidates on behalf of families; the resulting employment relationship is between the family and the candidate.
All fees are agreed individually in writing before an engagement begins. Candidates never pay recruitment fees to ZEN Family under any circumstances.
Every family and candidate relationship is treated with strict confidentiality. Information exchanged during our engagement is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
ZEN Family conducts every introduction with due care but cannot guarantee the outcome of any employment or family engagement. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, insofar as permissible by law.
